When you submit a car photo for a roast, the photo, generated verdict, score, and callouts are published to the community feed and receive a shareable public URL. Do not upload anything you are not comfortable making public.

Remove faces, license plates, home addresses, documents, screens, or other identifying details before uploading. Only submit images you own or have permission to share.

Roastly’s verdicts are automated, fictional entertainment. Scores and commentary are not expert mechanical, safety, valuation, legal, insurance, or purchasing advice. They may be inaccurate or repetitive.

We store uploaded images, generated roast content, timestamps, reaction counts, reports, and moderation decisions. Anonymous browser identifiers are stored locally and sent with actions so the server can limit abuse and avoid duplicate reports.

The beta may also use basic operational analytics already present in the app to understand reliability and usage. Roastly does not sell submitted photos or add them to a public identity profile.

Reports enter a manual owner/admin review queue. A report does not guarantee immediate or automatic removal. During beta, we aim to review credible safety, privacy, ownership, or harassment reports promptly, but do not promise a fixed response time.

We may hide or remove content, preserve limited records needed to prevent abuse, or decline reports that do not violate the Community Guidelines.

Public roasts remain available until removed through moderation, takedown review, or product maintenance. Rate-limit records are operational controls rather than public profiles. Clearing browser storage resets the local identifier but does not delete public content already submitted.
